The Families, Autism, and Child Emotion Studies lab—directed by Dr. Naomi Ekas—is based out of the Department of Psychology at Texas Christian University. 


The primary focus of our research is to investigate the social and emotional development of infants and children. The research collected in our lab is used to examine the development of typically developing children as well as children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
